To us, an escape is a stress-free holiday where all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourself! Whether the focus is on wellness, golf, city breaks or that full VIP experience, we think the most important thing is making sure your escape is tailored to what you want.

Why should I book with Grown-up Escapes?
When you book an escape with us, you can be safe in the knowledge that we’ll provide you with the finest service & accommodation. We are just as excited about your girls’ trip as you are and are passionate about giving each & every customer a first-class experience at the best price possible.


All our accommodation has been tried & tested by our expert team and chosen depending on what each group wants. If a hotel didn’t pass our strict testing categories or there was something we weren’t completely happy with, it was rejected.

You are also Travel Vault protected on every escape.

How does it work?
First things first – browse our escapes and get in touch! We love to chat and it gives us an insight into exactly what you’re after for your escape.

Once we have a thorough understanding of what you want, we’ll narrow down which escape will be best for you, confirm the dates with the hotel and assign you your very own travel P.A. who will iron out all of the details so you don’t have to.

We take away all of the usual headaches like chasing deposits, special requirements and final payments, so everyone – even the organiser – can sit back and enjoy the escape.

What if I don’t want the Escape you have advertised but want something different?
No problem! We tailor every escape to each group’s individual needs so if you don’t see the escape that’s quite right for you, just get in touch and we’ll make it a reality!

What is the Grown-up P.A service?
Once you have decided on an escape we will assign a P.A. to your group. They will be the expert for that region, type of escape and hotel.

They will get in touch with you to fine-tune all of the details for your group booking as well as telling you about the resort and going through any additional options you may want – whether it be restaurants, beach clubs or excursions!

The Grown-up P.A. will be your point of contact and there to help you throughout your booking process.

How do I make a booking?
Once we have confirmed that your escape is available for the date you want, we can take all of the group details over the phone or send you a link to the booking page which you can fill in.


As soon as we’ve got all of your information, we’ll figure out the best payment method for your group and once that’s all taken care of, you’ll receive a confirmation of your booking. After that, all you need to do is start planning your outfits!

There are only 4 people in my group can I book with you ?

Of course! We specialise in organising escapes for groups no matter what size – whether there’s just two of you or sixty-two.

Is there a minimum number of nights we have to book?

We try to be as flexible as possible with our escapes, however some do have minimum night stays and we will always clearly state this in the description if it’s the case.

Someone in our party has special needs what should I do?

No problem! Just let us know in advance and we’ll make sure that we assist you with any needs you have.

Do you send me any details before I travel?

Yes, you will receive a voucher for the hotel as well as the other booking you have made before you leave.

We will also call you one week before travelling to check you are happy with everything and go through anything you may need to know before you leave.

Are transfers included?

Transfers are not always included in all escapes please contact your organiser & they will provide the cost for you if not.

Will you book our flights?
Our specialism is the service on the ground, not flights – so we just concentrate on providing you with the best solution for your escape.


In our experience, the best airfares are available directly, so we can point you to the airlines which serve each airport but you will have to book the flights yourself.

Do you include travel insurance?

None of our escapes include travel insurance.

Is my booking safe with you?
Absolutely. We are financially protected with the Travel Vault, so you can be sure your payments are safe with us.
What if someone drops out of the booking?

Don’t worry, we understand that this happens sometimes. Just drop us an email confirming the details and we’ll communicate with you regarding the cancellation process. You can also view our cancellation policy in the footer.

How do I cancel my booking and is there any cost?
If you want to cancel your booking, you’ll need to let us know in writing, we would recommend by email to ensure to follow up with a phone call to check the email has been received.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept direct transfers into our company bank account or via PayPal. Payment methods are debit & credit card.

When is my balance due?

All final payments are due 6 weeks before you depart for your escape, but don’t worry! We will send you a reminder two weeks before this and call you the week your balance is due to make sure there aren’t any problems.

Do I have to chase all of my group members up for payments?

No! We get that chasing up payments with your friends can be frustrating and sometimes a bit awkward, so as long as you give us all of the group emails and contact numbers when you book in, we’ll do all of the chasing.

What happens after the deposit is paid?
Get those bags packed!
We’ll work behind the scenes to make sure your escape is planned to perfection so you can sit back and relax. If you want anything else added to your booking – like activities, treatments or meals – then we’ll get in touch to organise these before you leave.
Can I add people to the booking after we have paid a deposit?

As long as the hotel has enough capacity, you can carry on adding people after you’ve made the initial booking.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. You will never have any unwanted surprises from us as we never operate in anything but a totally honest way.
